Asset and Work Management configuration
Users cannot create or update work orders or asset inspections in Rhythm for Civics, and work orders and asset inspections
cannot be displayed in their own InfoViewers. But if work orders or asset inspections
are associated with service requests, they can be displayed in the Service Request
InfoViewer. Similarly, work orders that are associated with use applications can be
displayed in the Use Application InfoViewer.
To configure work orders and asset inspections to be displayed in Rhythm for Civics, use the Show in Portal and Is Public check boxes and the Portal Description field for the activity and inspection types. These elements function the same as for CDR and Customer Service records.
Similar to work orders and asset inspections, incidents can be displayed in Rhythm for Civics. Incidents can be displayed in service requests or cases with which they are associated.
