Customer and public detail options for service requests

This table describes the options that are available under Customer Details Options and Public Details Options on the Portal Setup tab.

Option Description
Attachments Shows or hides the Attachments section in the Instrument Detail widget.

Select Add to allow users to add attachments.

Custom Pages Shows or hides detail pages in the Instrument Detail widget.
Information Shows or hides basic service request information in the Instrument Detail widget.
Location Shows or hides the location information in the Instrument Detail widget.
Logs Shows or hides the Logs section in the Instrument Detail widget.
Related Records Shows or hides the Related Records section in the Instrument Detail widget.

Select Add and Delete to allow customers to add and delete related records.

Status Shows or hides these fields under Information in the Instrument Detail widget:
  • Scheduled Date & Time
  • Inspector Assigned
  • Inspection Complete
  • Request Completed
  • Resolution Date
  • Resolution
Note: This setting does not affect the Status field in the Instrument Detail widget.
