Designating service providers
A service provider is a contact in Infor Public Sector who has met certain conditions and obtained certain approvals.
First, the Approved Service Provider check box must be selected on at least one of the contact's contact information records. If your agency allows users to change their own service provider status in Rhythm for Civics, this check box will be selected when users identify themselves as service providers. Agency personnel can also select this setting in the back office.
To act as a service provider, the contact must also hold one or more qualifying licenses. When you add a qualifying license to the contact record, select the Approved for Provider check box.
