Add Instrument widget

Used to submit a new record. This is shown when a user clicks the Submit a Record link in the site header.

You can enter these settings in the widget's configuration:

Instrument Wizard Summary Page Page that shows wizard results.
Instrument Detail Page Page that shows information about a selected instrument.
Instrument List Page Page that is used to look up instruments.
Forgot Username Page Page that is used to recover forgotten user names.
Forgot Password Page Page that is used to reset forgotten passwords.
Register New User Page Page that is used to register new users.
Start a Project Page Page that is used to start a project using the CPQ wizard.
Dashboard Target Page Page that shows the user's dashboard.
My Fees Target Page Page that is used to pay application fees.
Default Collapse Custom Pages on Review and Confirmation Indicates whether custom page are collapsed by default.
Use Embedded Details Indicates whether details from Infor Public Sector are shown embedded in Rhythm for Civics.

Require reCaptcha on Anonymous Service Requests Indicates whether reCaptcha is required for anonymous service requests. Use this to enable reCaptcha.
Note: There are three widgets that support reCaptcha: Add Instrument, Register New Account, and Reset Password. If you want to use reCaptcha for any one of these widgets, you must enable it for all three.

Site reCaptcha Key Site reCaptcha key provided by Google.
Public Submit Indicates whether attachments and custom pages are displayed for service requests submitted by the public. You can also enable custom validation.

Requests Submit Options (CRM)

Setting Description
Enable Submit Indicates whether service requests can be submitted through the portal site.
Include Submit Confirmation Prompt Indicates whether an additional prompt is shown asking the user to confirm that they want to continue when they click the Submit button for a new service request.
Show Additional Location Information Indicates whether the Location Details field is shown under Sites when users submit service requests.
Prompt for Contact Information only if requesting notification Indicates whether the Contact Information page is shown in the service request submission process if users are not logged in and do not request to be contacted.
Enable Filter for Choose a Record Indicates whether a search field is shown for service request types. The field is shown at the top of the list of available request types. As the user types in the field, the displayed request types are filtered based on the user's search terms.
Use Advanced Location Selection Indicates whether you want to use the advanced location view when users submit service requests.

Use location services Select this check box to enable Rhythm for Civics to use the device's location services.
Show as Separate Step Indicates whether a separate tab is used for the location information when a user submits a service request.
Note: This feature requires Infor Public Sector July 2022 or later.
Map Search Extent Size Select the search extent size that you want to use. The small extent adds 0.001 to the latitude and longitude of a selected point, medium adds 0.01, and large adds 0.1. These values create extents of about .2 sq km, 2.2 sq km, and 22 sq km.
Custom Map Search Extent Size Optionally, specify your own search extent size. Specify the value in the Custom Search Extent Size field.
Autocomplete Search Extent for ESRI Suggest Specify the extent within which you want to search for AutoComplete results if GIS is not enabled. Use the four fields in this section to specify the minimum and maximum latitude and longitude.
Maximum Autocomplete results to display Specify the number of results that you want to display in the list for the AutoComplete feature.
Address Moniker Moniker to use to get addresses for the AutoComplete feature.

Licenses and Permits Submit Options (CDR)

Setting Description
Enable Submit Indicates whether license and permit applications can be submitted through the portal site.
Include Submit Confirmation Prompt Indicates whether an additional prompt is shown asking the user to confirm that they want to continue when they click the Submit button for a new application.
Enable Filter for Choose a Record Indicates whether a search field is shown for application types. The field is shown at the top of the list of available license and permit types. As the user types in the field, the displayed application types are filtered based on the user's search terms.
Include Unpaid Balance in Confirmation Indicates whether the total balance of application fees is shown in the confirmation page after the user submits a CDR instrument. The user can click the Pay Balance link to make a payment.
Include Minimum Due in Confirmation Indicates whether the minimum application fee payment that is currently due is shown in the confirmation page after the user submits a CDR instrument. The user can click the Pay Balance link to make a payment.
Use Advanced Location Selection Indicates whether you want to use the advanced location view when users submit applications.
