Inspections
Select the Is Public check box to make an inspection type visible to portal users in the public role. You can optionally provide an alternative description of the inspection type for Rhythm for Civics in the Portal Description field.
Rhythm for Civics includes additional features to help users manage the inspections that are needed for their applications and licenses. For example, you can configure your site to allow inspection requests, and customers can securely communicate special instructions to inspectors.
Some inspection features are configured differently depending on whether the
feature in the Feature Upgrade widget is enabled.If this feature is not enabled, then the configuration settings from the Inspection Detail and Instrument Detail widgets are used. If this feature is enabled, then the settings from the CDR system setup forms in Infor Public Sector are used, such as Building Permits System Setup. These settings are on the Portal Setups tab, Inspection subtab.
