Customer, public, and service provider detail options for CDR instruments

This tables describes the options that are available under Customer Details Options, Public Details Options, and Service Provider Details Options on the Instrument subtab.

Option Description
Attachments Shows or hides the Attachments section in the Instrument Detail widget.

Select Add to allow users to add attachments.
Cloning For all CDR modules except Code Enforcement, allows customers to clone their instruments.
Code Violations For Code Enforcement only, shows or hides code violations in the Instrument Detail widget.
Conditions List Shows or hides the Conditions section in the Instrument Detail widget.
Contacts Shows or hides contact information in the Instrument Detail widget.

For customers only, select Update to allow the user to update contact information.
Custom Pages Shows or hides detail pages in the Instrument Detail widget.
Fees List Shows or hides the Fees section in the Instrument Detail widget.
Financials Shows or hides financial information in the Instrument Detail widget.
Hearings List For Planning and Code Enforcement only, shows or hides the Hearings section in the Instrument Detail widget.
Information Shows or hides basic application information in the Instrument Detail widget.

For customers only, select Update to allow the user to update this information.
Inspections (Unresolved) List For customers only, shows or hides unresolved inspections in the Instrument Detail widget.
Inspections List Shows or hides the Inspections section in the Instrument Detail widget.
Location For all CDR modules except Trade License, shows or hides the location information in the Instrument Detail widget.

For customers only, select Update to allow the user to update location information.
Logs Shows or hides the Logs section in the Instrument Detail widget.
Planning Conditions List For Building Permits, Planning, and Project, shows or hides the Planning Conditions section in the Instrument Detail widget.
Related Records Shows or hides the Related Records section in the Instrument Detail widget.

For customers and service provider only, select Add and Delete to allow users to add and delete related records.
Reviews List Shows or hides the Reviews section in the Instrument Detail widget.
Status Shows or hides various status fields under Information in the Instrument Detail widget. For example, these are the fields that are shown for building permits:
  • Title
  • Work Type
  • Occupancy Type
  • Calculated Valuation
  • Number of Plans
  • Number of Pages
  • Processed Date
  • Temp COO Date
  • Issued Date
  • COO Date
  • Final Date
  • Expire Date
Note: This setting does not affect the Status field in the Instrument Detail widget.
Summary Outline Shows or hides the summary outline of an instrument in the Instrument Detail widget.
