Generic error messages
For production sites, we recommend enabling generic error messages for Rest Services.
When an error occurs, a generic message will be shown in the portal site instead of a detailed
error log.
To enable generic error messages, open the Core configuration for Rest Services in the Configuration Editor. Select the node under and set the Enabled attribute to True. The Generic Message attribute specifies the message to show.
For development and configuration you can disable generic error messages to see more detailed information, and then enable it for production.
