Showing unresolved inspections

For agencies that don't use status checks, Rhythm for Civics provides an option to show unresolved inspections in the Instrument Detail widget.

To show unresolved inspections, use the Portal Setups tab of the appropriate CDR system setup form in Infor Public Sector, such as Building Permits System Setup. On the Instrument subtab, select the Inspections (Unresolved) List check box under Customer Details Options.

Note: In this context, an unresolved inspection is any inspection that does not have a result code. Any inspection that has a result code is considered resolved, regardless of which result code is used. For example, an inspection with a Failed result code is considered resolved in Rhythm for Civics.

Unresolved inspections are shown in the Needs Action section of the Instrument Detail widget. If your agency does use status checks, then you can use an Inspection Result status check to show the same information in the same place.
