Forgot username
There is a new option to allow users to recover forgotten usernames. Set the Allow Forgot Username attribute on the
node in the Portal configuration to True.
A Forgot Username link is then shown in the Login widget on the portal's home page.
Clicking Forgot Username takes the user to the Forgot Username widget, where they can enter their email address or mobile number to confirm their identity. The username is then sent by email. You can also require reCAPTCHA.
This feature requires Infor Public Sector January 2022 or later. It is not supported if you are using Rhythm for Civics with Infor Public Sector 11.1.
