User impersonation
Administrators in Infor Public Sector can now impersonate users in Rhythm for Civics so they can log in and troubleshoot issues with the users'
profiles.
If user impersonation is enabled in Infor Public Sector, a button providing access to the portal is shown on selected pages such as the Portal User InfoViewer. By default the button text is , but this can be changed to something different.
To configure the user impersonation feature, use the PortalSetup configuration. The node defines one or more applets where the button will be shown and the Rhythm for Civics sites for which impersonation is enabled.
Users must also be granted the Impersonation permission under in Access Control.
