Reports node

The Reports node is used to configure reports for the CDR modules. For example, you might define a report so that customers can print their building permits.

The Reports node can have these attributes:

Attribute Description
Display My Documents as Indicates how reports will be shown for CDR instruments in the Instrument Detail widget. If you enter Box, documents are displayed in a My Documents group box. If you enter Link, a My Documents link is displayed. The user can click the link to see the list of documents.
Hide My Documents when 0 reports Indicates whether My Documents is shown if there are no reports to display.

The Reports node has a child InfoViewer node, which has a child node for each CDR module. The node for each CDR modules has a child Reports node. Each of these Reports nodes has one or more report nodes as children. Each report node can have these attributes:

Attribute Description
Display Name Name of the report as it is displayed in the portal site.
Report Name Name of the report, as specified in the Reports Manager in Infor Public Sector.
Viewable by Customer Indicates whether the report is viewable by customers.
Viewable by Public Indicates whether the report is viewable by members of the public.
Viewable by Service Provider Indicates whether the report is viewable by service providers.

Each report node can have one or more application type nodes as children, which make the report available for specific application types.

Attribute Description
Application Type (AP TYPE) Application type for which the report will be available in the portal.
Milestones Comma-separated list of milestones at which the report will be available in the portal. If you leave the value blank, then the report will be available at all milestones.
