Configuring attachments
Rhythm for Civics includes attachment
functionality. For example, a user submitting a service request through the portal might
attach a photograph of the issue being reported.
To configure attachments for Rhythm for Civics you must complete these steps:
- Configure one or more EDM (electronic document management) providers in Infor Public Sector.
- Configure document types in Infor Public Sector.
- Define access control for EDM providers and document types.
- Specify document type permissions for portal users.
- Configure attachment providers in the Portal configuration.
There is also an option to enable advanced attachment functionality for CDR instruments.
