Anonymous service requests
If you select the Allow Public
Submission check box for a service request type in Infor Public Sector,
then users can submit service requests of that type in Rhythm for Civics without logging in.
When public users submit service requests in Rhythm for Civics, they can indicate whether they would like to be contacted regarding their requests. If the user selects Yes, the Contact Information page is shown after they enter the request information and click .
If the user does not request to be contacted, Rhythm for Civics can be configured to skip the Contact Information page. To enable this behavior, select the Prompt for Contact Information only if requesting notification check box in the configuration for the Add Instrument widget.
If you do not select this check box, then the Contact Information page is shown whether the users requests to be contacted or not.
