Instrument Detail widget

Shows information about an individual instrument, such as a building application or a service request. You can enter these settings in the widget's configuration:

Submit Instrument Page Page that is used to submit a new instrument.
Current Statement Page Page that shows the user's current statement.
Review Details Page Page that shows information about a selected review.
Inspection Details Page Page that shows information about a selected inspection.
Hearing Details Page Page that shows information about a selected hearing.
Instrument Details Page Page that shows information about a selected instrument.
Planning Condition Page Page that shows information about a planning condition.
Login Redirect Page Page to which the user is redirected after logging in.
Register User Page Page that is used to register new users.
Payment History Page Page that shows payment history information.
One Time Payment Page Page for making one-time payments.
Record Results Page Page that is used to record inspection results.
Show Payment Link for Service Provider Indicates whether the link to make fee payments is shown to service providers.
Show Payment Link for Public Indicates whether the link to make fee payments is shown to public users.
Show Minimum Balance Select True or False to indicate whether you want to show the minimum balance due.
Show labels for user roles Use this setting to indicate to users which view they are seeing in the widget, such as the customer view or the public view. If you select True, a label at the top of the widget will indicate which view is being shown.
Display Empty Grids Indicates whether you want the widget to show grids with no records in them. For example, if there are no inspections then the Inspections grid is not shown.

This setting affects the Conditions, Fees, Hearings, Inspections, Logs, Planning Conditions, and Reviews grids. The Attachments and Related Records grids are always shown.

Use Tabs for the All and Needs Action Sections Indicates whether the "All" and "Needs Action" sections are displayed on separate tabs, or both on the same tab. If they are shown on the same tab, "Needs Action" is shown first and then "All."
Allow Sharing Indicates whether users can share instruments. If you enable the sharing feature, a Share link is shown at the top of the widget. The user can click it to share a link to the current instrument.
Allow Customer to Specify if Partial Inspection Indicates whether customers can specify that inspections are partial. If you select False, then only service providers can specify partial inspections.
Allow public to request an inspection Indicates whether users in the public role can request inspections.
Capture Request Date to Call Date Indicates where the request date will be stored when a user requests an inspection through the portal. If you select True, the request date will be stored in the inspection's Call Date field. If False, the request date will be stored in the Scheduled field.
