Note: The option to configure an external SSO provider must be
enabled for your tenant. If it is not enabled, the provider must be configured by a
super user.
Log in to Rhythm for Civics using a tenant
admin account.
In the Control Panel, click Rhythm SSO
External.
Specify this information:
Name
Specify a name for the SSO provider.
Entity id
Specify the entity ID of the SSO provider.
Serialized metadata
Enter the serialized metadata for the SSO provider.
Note: The entity ID in the metadata must match the value in the
Entity
id field.
