Fees node
The node can have these
attributes:
| Attribute | Description |

| Allow Refund Request | Indicates whether users can request fee refunds. |
| Display Payer Information | Indicates whether the name of the person who paid a fee is shown in the Payment History grid. Specify Show or Hide. |
| Payment Cap Amount | Maximum amount that users can pay through the portal in a single payment. Specify 0 if you do not want to set a maximum amount. |
| Payment Methods Allowed | Specifies the methods that customers can use to make payments through the portal. You can specify CreditCard, ECheck, or Both. |
| Refund Request Log Type | Log type to add when the user requests a fee refund. |
The node has one child node. The node has these attributes:

| Allow Overpayment | Indicates whether overpayments are accepted. |
| Allow selection of fee groups for payment | Indicates whether users can select fee groups for payment in the
My Fees List widget. See My Fees List widget. |
| Allow selection of individual fees for payment | Indicates whether users can select individual fees for payment
in the My Fees List widget. Note: If this value is set to
False, meaning that users cannot select individual fees,
you should also ensure that Rhythm for Civics is not configured
to show the Pay Minimum link.

| Allow URL Payment Sharing for Customer | Indicates whether customers can request payments from others. If True, customers will see the button in the My Fees section of the Instrument Detail widget. They can click this button to email the one-time payment URL to the person who will pay the fee. |
| Allow URL Payment Sharing for Public | Indicates whether public users can request payments from others. If True, users will see the button in the My Fees section of the Instrument Detail widget. They can click this button to email the one-time payment URL to the person who will pay the fee. |
| Enabled Google reCaptcha Service | Indicates whether the Google reCaptcha service is enabled for payments in Rhythm for Civics. |
| Google reCaptcha Public Site Key | Public key for the reCaptcha service. |
| Google reCaptcha Secret Key | Secret key for the reCaptcha service. |
| Require Full Payment of Unpaid Balance | If set to True, then users must pay the
full balance when making one-time payments. See One-time payments. |
| Show fee groups | Indicates whether fee groups are shown in the My Fees List
widget. See My Fees List widget. |
| Show individual fees | Indicates whether individual fees are shown in the My Fees List widget. |
| Show Unpaid Balance | Indicates whether the One-Time Payment widget will show the
current unpaid balance. See One-time payments. |
