CDR details

In the CDR modules, application, review, inspection, and hearing details can all be displayed in Rhythm for Civics.

When adding or editing a detail in Application Workflow, select IPS & Portal from the Display Module list to make the detail available in the portal. If you select IPS, then the detail will be displayed in Infor Public Sector only.

You can also define constraints for details in Rhythm for Civics, such as indicating at which milestones in the application process a detail will be displayed, or setting up access for users in different roles. For example, a detail might be editable by customers at one milestone, but display-only at a later milestone.

To define these constraints, use the Portal Constraints grid. The grid is displayed when you select IPS & Portal from the Display Module list. It includes these columns:

  • Milestone: This column lists each milestone that is defined for the application type.
  • Customer View: Used to indicate how the detail is shown for customers at the specified milestone. You can select Display Only, Default Available, or Not Present.
  • Public View: Used to indicate how the detail is shown for public users at the specified milestone. You can select Default Display Only, Available, or Not Present.
  • Service Provider View: Used to indicate how the detail is shown for service providers at the specified milestone. You can select Default Display Only, Available, or Not Present.

Finally, if the Shown In Start Application check box is selected, then the Portal Submit Placement fields are also shown when you select IPS & Portal. Use these fields to specify where the detail will be placed if details are embedded in the Add Instrument widget.
