Attachment setup in the Portal configuration

In the Portal configuration, you must specify the EDM providers that you want to use when adding attachments from Rhythm for Civics.

The Attachments node under the CDR Setup node has an attribute to specify the provider to use for each module. There are separate settings for Customer Service and for the various CDR modules. You can also specify a default provider that will be used if no provider is specified for a particular module.

Note: This means that only one provider can be used to add attachments through the portal for each module. When displaying existing attachments for an instrument, Rhythm for Civics includes attachments from all providers.
