Field constraints

The field constraints that are defined for application types in Infor Public Sector are applied in Rhythm for Civics as well.

Field constraints define the basic characteristics of the information that can be recorded for an application, such as whether certain information is required or display-only. They can be defined for application types, meaning that they are applied when users start applications, or for specific milestones, meaning that they affect applications at those milestones. For example, you can make the primary site required when a user starts a new application, and display-only when the application reaches a Review milestone.

See "Field constraints" in the CDR administration guides, such as the Infor Public Sector Building Permits Administration Guide.
