Service providers
Service providers are contacts who have been approved by an agency to complete
inspections or reviews in Rhythm for Civics.
Customers using the portal can select from a list of approved service providers when inspections or reviews must be completed. The selected service provider then performs the inspection or review and records the results, also in Rhythm for Civics.
