Hide empty grids

In the Instrument Detail widget, there is a new configuration option to hide grids that have no records to show. In the widget configuration, set Display Empty Grids to False.

For example, the Fees grid will not be shown for a building application if there are no associated fees.

This setting affects the Conditions, Fees, Hearings, Inspections, Logs, Planning Conditions, and Reviews grids. The Attachments and Related Records grids are always shown.
