Token error

After Infor Public Sector is upgraded to the October 2021 update, you will see a token error in Rhythm for Civics. This is caused by the new DigEplan feature for customers. To correct it you must add the model for the customer token to the service model whitelist.

You will see the token error on the Network tab in the browser's developer tools.

To add the model to the whitelist, open the Portal configuration in the Configuration Editor and browse to the Allowing Models node under Security > Service Model Whitelist.

Add a child model node under the Allowing Models node. For the Name attribute, specify Infor.PublicSector.Services.CDR.CustomerElectronicPlanReviewToken.
