Stored procedure for lookups

This update includes performance improvements in the Instrument List Card View widget, which is used to look up records. To speed up the load time, the widget can now use a stored procedure to query the database.

This update includes only the SQL Server version of the stored procedure. An Oracle version will be added in a future update.

To enable this feature, open the configuration for the Instrument List Card View widget and set Stored Procedure Mode to True.
