Exclude status checks from pending task count
There is a new setting in Infor Public Sector to exclude
milestone status checks from the count of pending tasks in the My Projects widget in Rhythm for Civics.
To exclude a status check from the count of pending activities, select the Exclude from Portal Pending Activities check box. This gives you the option of only counting status checks that the customer is responsible for completing, such as paying fees, and not counting status checks that the agency is responsible for.
This feature requires Infor Public Sector 11.2.0.2107 or later.
