Liferay upgrade

Rhythm for Civics has been upgraded to run on version 7.2 of the Liferay platform.

The experience for site users remains the same, but administrators will see some changes. There is a new version of the administrative toolbar at the top of the page, with different ways to access the site administration tools.

Clicking the Menu button opens a menu on the left. Use this to navigate to the control panel and configuration settings.

Further, the portlets that contain the site functionality are now called widgets, and the button to add a widget has been moved to the right side of the toolbar.

To configure individual widgets, the in-context configuration menu has been replaced by an Options button.
