Feature Upgrade widget

Used to enable optional features in Rhythm for Civics.

There are two features that must be enabled:

Use Back-office Portlet Configuration
See Global service request settings or System setup.
Advanced Attachment Feature
See Attachments for CDR instruments.

Click Enable to enable either feature. You can click Disable to disable the advanced attachment feature, but the back-office portlet configuration cannot be disable after you have enabled it.
