Attachments node
The node defines
settings for the attachment functionality in the portal site.
The meanings of the attributes on this node vary depending on which version of Infor Public Sector you're using. Releases before 11.2 use attachment catalogs to manage attachments, and you can specify which catalogs you want to use for different types of records.
In 11.2 and later releases, attachment catalogs are replaced by EDM (electronic document management) providers. The term "catalog" is still used in the Portal configuration, but the "catalogs" are actually EDM providers. Only IPS providers can be used.
The
node can have these attributes:Attribute | Description |
---|---|
Allowable file size (MB) | Maximum attachment file size, in megabytes. |
Allowable mime types | Comma-separated list of allowed mime types. |
Allow upload to 'Closed' records | Indicates whether attachments can be uploaded for closed records, such as completed permit applications. |
