Attachments in Infor Public Sector 11.1 and older

Releases of Infor Public Sector before 11.2 use attachment catalogs to manage attachments. To configure attachments for Rhythm for Civics, you must add one or more catalogs in Infor Public Sector, then use the Portal configuration to specify the catalogs that you want to use for different types of attachments.

To define your catalogs in the Portal configuration, use the Attachments node under the Setup node. You can specify an attachments catalog for each CDR module and for Customer Service, as well as a default catalog.

You can also specify which mime types are allowed as attachments, and you can specify a maximum file size. Finally, you have the option of allowing attachments to be uploaded to closed records, such as completed services requests.
