Using Customer Care screen

Use the Customer Care page to:
  • View the renters contact information.
  • View and perform customer rental queries, including the query to find reservations that are more than 30 days old. You can select three different Version (audits) of the record on the screen to view and compare side by side in order to answer any customer questions.
  • Enroll into the loyalty program or update the existing profile.

To view vehicle reservations:

  1. Select Reservations > Customer Care.
  2. Double-click the record for which you want to view the information.
