Printing audit log report

Use the Audit Log Report page to view and print the changes to fields for which audit is enabled.

To print the report:

  1. Select Reports > Operations > Audit Log Report.
  2. Specify this information:
    Table
    Specify the table for which you want to set up the audit. If you select a table, the report includes records related to that table only.
    Key Field 1
    Specify the primary ID.
    Key Field 2
    Specify the secondary ID.
    Include Insert
    If this check box is checked, the report includes records where Action is Insert.
    Include Changes
    If this check box is checked, the report includes records where Action is Update.
    Include Deleted
    If this check box is checked, the report includes records where Action is Delete.
  3. Click Print Record to print the report.
