Viewing terms conditions and messages linked to reservations

Use the Terms Conditions and Messages tab to view all the terms and conditions that are associated with the reservation. For example, the terms and conditions associated to the value added service or promotion are displayed on the Terms Conditions and Messages tab.

To view the terms and conditions:

  1. Select Reservations > Customer Care > Terms Conditions and Messages.
  2. Alternatively, you can select Reservations > Reservation > Terms Conditions and Messages button.
  3. Select a record in the list view to see the full terms and conditions for that record in the Terms and Conditions Details field.
