Maintaining GDPR

Use the GDPR Maintenance page to view records where the renter’s personally identifiable information (PII) must be processed for anonymity when requested. CRM sends the message to ResRent to run the anonymity process for the flagged profiles.

Note: Install parameter GDPR must be selected.

To maintain a record:

  1. Select Profiles > GDPR Maintenance.
  2. Specify the filter criteria to search for a specific record/s that needs to be processed for anonymity.
  3. Select the record/s that needs to be processed for anonymity.
  4. Click Submit.
