Configuring terminal drive back offers

Use the Terminal Drive Back Offers page to configure when notifications must be sent out to renters.

To configure notifications:

  1. Select Rules Setup > Terminal Drive Backs > Terminal Drive Back Offers.
  2. Click New Record.
  3. Specify this information:
    Brand
    Specify the brand for which you want to configure the notifications.
    Country
    Specify the country for which you want to configure the notifications.
    Location
    Specify the location for which you want to configure the notifications.
    Loyalty Tier
    Specify the loyalty tier for which you want to configure the notifications.
    Notification Cycle
    Specify the lead time in hours or days for the notifications to be sent.
    Hours Before Pickup
    Specify the number of hours before pickup the notifications must be sent.
    Hours From
    Specify the range of hours between which the notifications must be sent.
    Hours To
    Specify the range of hours between which the notifications must be sent.
  4. Click Save Record to add the record to the list.
