Printing call center recap report

Use the Call Center Recap Report to verify reservations that are processed in the Call Center.

To print the report:

  1. Select Reports > Operations > Call Center Recap Report.
  2. Specify this information:
    User
    Specify the user for which you want to print the reservations processed data in the report.
    Date Range
    Specify the date range between which you want to print the reservations processed data by the given user.
  3. Click Print Record.
