You can set up the user authentication process where an user must specify their
password in case of a transaction that impacts their cash drawer. To set up the user
authentication process, you must specify the following location parameter:

check box is selected, the system displays the User Authentication pop-up
whenever a user posts a transaction that impacts the cash
drawer. The User
Authentication pop-up displays the session
user-ID and the user must specify the password corresponding to
the user-ID displayed. If the password does not match the
session user, the system prevents the posting. |
