Using Knowledge Search screen

Use the Knowledge Search page to search details on Terms Conditions and Messages for which the Code Type field is set to Terms and Conditions or Knowledge Base Article. You can further refine the search by specific codes, code descriptions, categories and so on.

Note: Before you can use this screen, you must set up Code, Type, Category fields on the Terms Conditions and Messages screen.

To search for Terms Conditions and Messages:

  1. Select Reservations > Knowledge Search.
  2. Specify the search criteria.
  3. Click Search.
