Configuring email template

Use the Email Template Configuration page to create and modify email template names and configurations. This email template notifies CRM, which email template must be used to email the renter when a reservation is booked, canceled, or modified. The subscription to be used for all email events is EMAILEVENT.

To create email templates:

  1. Select Administration > Configuration > Email Template Configuration.
  2. Click New Record.
  3. Specify this information:
    Template Name
    Specify the template name.
    Action Status
    Specify the action based on which the renter is notified. For example, when a reservation is booked, canceled, or modified.
    Status
    Specify Active to use the template.
  4. Click Save Record. The system saves the record.
