Configuring vehicles

Select Fleet > Vehicles.

Specify this information:

VIN: Specify the vehicle identification number.
SIPP: Specify the vehicle SIPP that must be associated with the vehicle that you are configuring.
Location: Specify the location from which the vehicle must be rented.
Status: Specify the status to use the vehicle.

In the Vehicle Details section, specify the information that you require. See additional details about the fields below:

Soft Defleet Date: Specify the preferred date by which the business wants to take the vehicle out of its fleet for renting to customers.
Soft Defleet Mileage: Specify the preferred mileage at which the business wants to take the vehicle out of its fleet for renting to customers.
Hard Defleet Date: Specify the absolute date by which the business wants to take the vehicle out of its fleet for renting to customers.
Hard Defleet Mileage: Specify the absolute mileage by which the business wants to take the vehicle out of its fleet for renting to customers.
PM Date Due: Specify the preventive maintenance (PM) due date. A PM schedule is a predefined set of preventive maintenance details to be performed on a defined interval for equipment.
PM Mileage Due: Specify the preventive maintenance (PM) due mileage. A PM is a predefined set of preventive maintenance details to be performed on a defined interval for equipment.

Click Save Record to add the record.
