Printing reservation trace report

Use the Reservation Trace Report page to print a report of traces that are added to the Reservation > Trace tab. You can print the report from the Reservation > Trace tab or from the Reports > Operational menu option.

To printing reservation trace report:

  1. Select Reports > Operational > Reservation Trace Report.
  2. In the Report Parameters section, specify the information that you need. See additional details about the fields below:
    Location
    Specify the location for which you want to print the reservation trace report. By default, the reservation trace report for the session location is generated.
    Confirmation
    Specify the confirmation number. The report includes records matching the selected confirmation number.
    Delivery Method
    Specify the delivery method. The report includes records matching the selected delivery method.
    Reservation Status
    Specify the reservation status. The report includes records matching the selected reservation status.
    Reservation Status Detail
    Specify the reservation status detail. The report includes records matching the selected reservation status detail
    Trace Status
    Specify the trace status. The report includes records matching the selected trace status.
    Trace ID
    Specify the trace ID. The report includes records matching the selected trace ID.
    Assigned User
    Specify the assigned user. The report includes records matching the selected assigned user.
  3. Specify the Date Range. The report prints the records for the date range including the Start Date and the End Date.
  4. Specify the report options that you want to print on the report.
  5. Click Print Report.
