Viewing KPI history
View KPI history to review the results of KPI calculations. The system generates a record in KPI history when the score for a KPI is calculated. Updating the KPI is optional. You can only view the history of a KPI if you selected Maintain History on the KPI Codes form.
Note: KPI drivers must be running to populate the History tab.
To view KPI history:
- Select .
- On the List View tab, select the KPI for which to view history, and then click the History tab. The History tab is displayed.
- View the KPI history.
