Viewing KPI history

View KPI history to review the results of KPI calculations. The system generates a record in KPI history when the score for a KPI is calculated. Updating the KPI is optional. You can only view the history of a KPI if you selected Maintain History on the KPI Codes form.

Note: KPI drivers must be running to populate the History tab.

To view KPI history:

  1. Select Administration > Start Center Setup > KPI Setup.
  2. On the List View tab, select the KPI for which to view history, and then click the History tab. The History tab is displayed.
  3. View the KPI history.
