Defining location parameters

Define location parameters to configure system and environment settings and behavior at the location level.

To define location parameters:

  1. Select Administration > Location > Location Configuration.
  2. On the List View tab, select the location record to work with.
  3. Click the Parameters tab.
  4. Select the parameter to work with from the Parameters list. The Control Details section is populated with the current parameter settings.
  5. Specify the information that you require.
  6. Alternatively, if you select the Hidden check box, the parameter is hidden and is not displayed by the system.
  7. Click Save.
    Note: The Default check box indicates whether the current value for a parameter is the default setting. When the setting of a parameter is modified to value other than the default setting, Default check box is cleared automatically. If the setting of a parameter is later restored to the default setting, Default is automatically selected to indicate that the parameter is once again set to its default value.
