Moving the reservations

Use the Reservation Update page to move the reservations to a different location in case a location is permanently closing or will be closed when the customer is due to arrive for vehicle pickup and/or return. The records are retrieved and displayed by the system. You can accept all or none. All moved reservations are unassigned.

To move the reservations:

  1. Select Rentals > Batch Jobs > Reservation Update.
  2. Click New Record.
  3. Specify this information:
    Transfer From Location
    Specify the location from which you want to transfer the records.
    Transfer To Location
    Specify the location to which you want to transfer the records.
    Pickup Date
    Specify the new pickup date after the move process is completed.
    Return Date
    Specify the new return date after the move process is completed.
  4. Click Process.
