Configuring white list locations

Use the White List Location page to configure combination of locations where a rental is not considered one-way rental if picked up from or returned to these locations. If the return location is in the white list, vehicle assignment must assign a vehicle to a lot based the renter’s loyalty tier level. If the return location is not in the white list, vehicle assignment must be manual where the renter is assigned a specific car in the reserved lot.

To configure white list locations:

  1. Select Rules Setup > Locations > White List Locations.
  2. Click New Record.
  3. Specify the information that you require. See additional details about the fields below.
    Location
    Specify the location for which you want to configure combination of locations where a rental is not considered one-way rental if picked up from or returned to these locations.
    Brand
    Specify the brand for which you want to configure combination of locations where a rental is not considered one-way rental if picked up from or returned to these locations.
    White List Location
    Specify the white list location where a rental is not considered one-way rental if picked up from or returned to these locations.
  4. Click Save Record to save the information and add the record to the list.
