Printing turndown reason report

Use the Turndown Reason Report page to print the reasons that reservations were not completed or “Turned down”.

To print the report:

  1. Select Reports > Operations > Turndown Reason Report.
  2. Specify this information:
    User
    Specify the user for which you want to print the report.
    Reason
    Specify the reason that you want to print for which the reservations were not completed.
  3. Click Print Record.
