Managing payments

Use the Payment tab to view payments applied to the rental. Also, you can post additional payments or process refunds.

To post additional payments:

  1. Select Reservations > Customer Care > Payment.
  2. Select an Existing Payment Type.
  3. Specify this information:
    Amount to be Authorized
    Specify the amount that you want to authorize on the credit card.
    Amount to be Charged
    Specify the amount that you want to charge on the credit card.
  4. Click Apply.
