Using the Vehicle / Rate pop-up

Use the Vehicle / Rate pop-up to view the vehicle SIPP availability, vehicle information, pre-paid and non-prepaid rates, upsells and downsells that are associated to the selected vehicle SIPP, and specify if any additional drivers must be added.

The Re-Quote button is enabled after the rate is initially selected or the Vehicle / Rate pop-up is displayed after any of the rate impacted fields such as age, CDP number (Corporate Discount Plan), pickup location, vehicle SIPP and so on, are modified. To use the vehicle rates pop-up:

Select Reservations > Reservation > Re-Quote button.
The Vehicle / Rate pop-up is displayed.
In the Choose A Car section, specify the information that you require. See additional details about these fields:

Vehicle SIPP Name and Code

The information displayed is dynamic and based on the Vehicle Type and Vehicle SIPP specified on the Reservation page. For example, when the Vehicle/Rate pop-up opens, it displays that vehicle SIPP with the details. The pop-up also displays additional vehicle SIPP with details based on the number of upsell / downsell vehicles that are associated with that vehicle SIPP. Also, if you specify Show All in the Vehicle Type field the pop-up displays all vehicle SIPP available at the pickup location selected.
In the Additional Driversitional Drivers Needed section, specify this information:

Additional Drivers Needed

Select this check box if any additional drivers must be added to the rental.

Additional Drivers 1-5 Age

Specify the age of the additional driver.
Click Pay Now to select the given rates. These rates are dynamic and can be either displayed as Per Day, Per Week, or Per Month based on the dates that you specified in the Linked Reservations section.
Alternatively, click Pay Later to select the given rates. These rates are dynamic and can be either displayed as Per Day, Per Week, or Per Month based on the dates that you specified in the Linked Reservations section.
