Setting up channels

Use the Channels page to set up channels.

To set up channels:

  1. Select Administration > Configuration > Channels.
  2. Specify this information:
    Channel Code
    Specify the channel code and description.
    Status
    Specify Active to use the channel.
    Type
    Specify the type of channel. For example, direct sales, retail, whole sale and so on.
  3. Click Submit to add the channel.
