Assigning print variables to the rental agreement terms and conditions

You can specify the variables between < > signs to allow values specific to a rental agreement to print. Following is the current list of available variables:

Variable Field in T&C Data
<AAOAge> Age of AAO driver at time of rental.
<EstimateCharge> Total cost of rental including all Rates, Fees, Taxes, and VASs.
<VehicleRefuelTotal> Cost to refuel vehicle upon return of vehicle:
  • If FPO purchased, then the FPO price will print.
  • If FPO not purchased, then the amount to refuel without FPO will print.
<FuelPricePerMile> Fuel price per mile (or countries unit of measure)
<FuelPricePerGal> Cost of fuel per gallon (or countries unit of measure).

To assign the print variables:

  1. Select Administration > Configuration > Terms Conditions and Message.
  2. Specify this information:

    Specify the variables between < > signs to print values that are specific to a rental agreement (RA). For example, " By my signature, I represent that I am <AAOAge> and am a validly licensed driver".
