Publishing workbooks to IDM during Data Send

With Infor Document Management (IDM) publication, Q&A Cloud uploads the current workbook to IDM during a data send process, creating an auditable link between the Excel workbook and the journal posted from SunSystems Cloud.

For example, During a Ledger data send, the current workbook can be automatically uploaded to IDM. After the ledger import is processed and the journal key is returned by SunSystems Cloud, the workbook is stored in IDM with attributes that link it to the posted journal. This provides a full audit trail from the financial transaction back to the source workbook.
