Updating the Q&A Cloud client from machine level using command line

This topic describes the steps required to perform machine level update of Q&A Cloud Excel Add-in using command line.

  1. Open your VDI environment as an administrator user.
  2. Open Infor OS Portal.
  3. In the Search field, specify Query & Analysis and select it.
  4. To download the software, click the Download client installer.
  5. Click Windows Start and specify cmd.
  6. Right click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
  7. Go to C:\Users\User\Downloads.
  8. Specify QAAClientSetup.exe /z LOCAL_MACHINE.
  9. Click Next and then Install.
    The updated Q&A Cloud Excel Add-in has been added to Microsoft Excel.
